Efootmeta / Service terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern the EfootMeta website, database tools, squad planning tools, community features, coaching programs, and any ranking/performance services expressly agreed with EfootMeta.

Last updated September 1, 2026

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Efootmeta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services. “Efootmeta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Efootmeta platform.

EfootMeta is an independent third-party analytical platform and coaching service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by KONAMI Digital Entertainment or any console platform (Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Valve Steam), football club, league, or player. eFootball and KONAMI trademarks are referenced purely in a nominative, descriptive capacity to identify the software discussed.

1. The service scope

EfootMeta provides informational football-game data, player databases, card comparisons, squad builder, training trackers, tier lists, match loggers, and guides. We also offer performance coaching, replay analysis, tactical consultation, and performance-based ranking services as defined herein. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.

2. Service definitions

  • “Coaching Services” means structured instruction, tactical advice, replay review, and squad planning where the customer retains complete control of their account and personally plays every match.
  • “Applicable Phase” means the specific eFootball League phase identified in the written order confirmation by its official in-game name, platform (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, PC), start date, end date, time, and time zone (Japan Standard Time / UTC).
  • “Official Final Ranking” means the customer account's final rank for the Applicable Phase as officially calculated and published by KONAMI after the Phase has closed. Interim, highest-reached, rating score, or temporary peak rankings during the Phase are disregarded.
  • “Ranking Services” means performance-based objectives tied to achieving a milestone division or official final phase ranking.

3. Performance coaching terms

Coaching is educational instruction and competitive advice. Under our Coaching Protocol:

  • The customer must retain control of their account, password, and settings, and must personally play all matches.
  • Screen sharing for observation is permitted only while the customer maintains direct control. Remote control software is not permitted.
  • Where a package includes WhatsApp follow-up, it means coaching-related written communications between scheduled sessions. Replies are targeted within 24 hours and do not constitute an emergency, continuous, or 24/7 service.
  • Priority WhatsApp tracking means prioritized responses during the package window; it does not guarantee instant replies.
  • Coaching may target benchmarks such as Division 1 or Top 500, but no competitive result, win rate, or rank is guaranteed. Results depend on player practice, execution, connectivity, and matchmaking.

4. Ranked boosting & ranking objectives

Where an order specifically encompasses ranked boosting, milestone pushes, weekend events, or phase-end ladder services:

  • Manual play: The assigned player and availability are confirmed in writing for each order. Matches are played manually; bots, scripts, macros and automation are not used.
  • Supported Platforms & Starting Divisions: Services are offered for PlayStation 5 / PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One, and Steam / PC. Standard orders are accepted from Division 6 onwards (Divisions 6, 5, 4, 3, 2). Customers starting from Division 10 to 7 must request a custom preliminary quote. Mobile platforms are currently excluded from active boosting orders.
  • Delivery Timelines: Delivery windows depend on the selected service and current queue demand: Weekend Events require approximately 1 to 2 days; Division 1 Pushes require approximately 1 to 2 weeks; and Top 1,000 Final Ladder campaigns require 2 to 3 weeks through the final cutoff calculation.
  • Fee Determination & Guarantee Tiers: For phase-end ranking ladder services, the final fee is determined strictly by the Official Final Ranking published by KONAMI at phase close:
    • Final Rank #100–1000: Full Target Fee (100% objective achieved)
    • Final Rank #1001–3000: Partial Fee (50% partial fee; 50% refunded or saved as store credit)
    • Final Rank #3001 or lower / Unranked: ¥0 / $0 (Zero-Fee Guarantee: 100% full money-back return or saved as store credit)
  • Evidence Standard: Proof of final ranking must be established via official publisher ranking tables or in-game final phase calculation screens. Screenshots of interim or peak standings during the phase do not substitute for the Official Final Ranking.
  • Disconnections & Phase Cancellations: If KONAMI terminates, alters, or cancels an Applicable Phase prematurely, or if server maintenance prevents match completion, fees will be adjusted pro-rata or refunded in accordance with the undelivered portion.
  • Account access and platform rules: KONAMI states that account credentials are for personal use and must not be shared. The proposed method and current rules are reviewed in writing before an order is accepted. No method is described as approved, undetectable or risk-free. Do not send passwords or authentication codes through website forms or email.

5. Account security & credentials

  • You are responsible for keeping your site account passwords confidential and updating us regarding unauthorized access.
  • For Coaching Services, you must NEVER send credentials for KONAMI, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, or email accounts to us.
  • You agree not to use automation, bots, or unauthorized scraping against EfootMeta APIs or systems.

6. Orders, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices are displayed in the stated currency (e.g., USD or JPY) and include applicable taxes where required by law.

  • Confirmation: An order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by EfootMeta and payment is successfully authorized.
  • Accepted Payment Rails: EfootMeta accepts payments via multiple domestic and international settlement channels: (a) Cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20/ERC20/Polygon/Solana, Bitcoin BTC, Monero XMR, Ethereum ETH); (b) Argentina & South American rails including Mercado Pago, direct Argentine bank transfers (CBU/CVU/Alias), and Prex to Prex transfers; (c) Japanese Domestic Bank Transfers (国内銀行振込 / Furikomi in JPY); (d) European SEPA bank transfers (EUR / IBAN); and (e) Major credit/debit cards via secure payment processors (such as Stripe).
  • Settlement & Verification: Orders are confirmed upon verified receipt of funds or requisite blockchain confirmations. For cryptocurrency, transactions are settled based on the prevailing real-time exchange rate agreed at order confirmation.
  • Pre-Session Cancellation: You may cancel for a full refund before booking confirmation or before the first scheduled coaching session / match campaign has commenced.
  • Mid-Service Refunds: Once coaching, analysis, or match play has started, refunds are calculated on the unused/undelivered portion of the service, unless mandatory consumer law specifies otherwise.
  • Return Guarantee & Credit Retention Policy: If an agreed boosting objective is missed, clients benefit from our guaranteed return policy: if final rank is #1,001–3,000, 50% of the payment is refunded (or retained as credit); if final rank is #3,001 or lower (or the objective is missed), 100% full money-back Zero-Fee refund applies. In all refund scenarios, clients may elect between receiving a direct financial refund or retaining 100% / 50% of the funds as store credit to apply toward future campaigns or coaching.

7. Commercial disclosures & Japanese law compliance

For transactions conducted in Japan or subject to the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法 / SCTA):

  • Seller Identity & Contact: Operator details, contact email ($efootmeta@gmail.com), pricing, delivery timing, and return/cancellation conditions are explicitly set forth in the written order confirmation prior to checkout.
  • Cooling-off Carve-out: Internet mail-order sales of digital and customized service contracts do not have a statutory cooling-off period under Japanese SCTA; cancellations are governed by Section 6 of these Terms.
  • Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法): Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for damages resulting from intentional misconduct (故意) or gross negligence (重過失) on the part of EfootMeta, or waive non-waivable statutory consumer protections.

8. Intellectual property & trademarks

All original site content, code, custom algorithms, coaching curricula, and design systems are the intellectual property of EfootMeta.

No claim is made to trademarks, character likenesses, player card graphics, or assets belonging to KONAMI Digital Entertainment, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft Corporation, Valve Corporation, FIFPRO, or individual football leagues and clubs. Such marks are used solely for referential identification.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Informational tools and database features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free data.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or external game publisher actions.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally through mutual consultation before initiating legal proceedings.
